Today is BCA day at Mangia Fresca. Enjoy a good meal and support BCA at the same time. Dine in, carry out .Either  way you will be supporting BCA. Remember to bring in your receipt for a dress down day tomorrow.

Those of you who order hot lunch, please do not order lunch for April 16th. This is our field trip and the children will bring a bag lunch. This should have been highlighted on the lunch form, but due to the change over in lunch providers this was omitted. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Too much talking today. The children need to work on listening skills.

The Knights of Columbus fish fry is this evening. Enjoy a great meal and support a great organization.  The fish fry is from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Stations of the Cross are held in the church each Friday night during Lent.

Mangia Fresca is sponsoring a day for BCA on Tuesday, March 10th.

Remember to turn your clocks AHEAD before you go to bed Saturday night.

If you like to eat fish, but hate to cook join your friends and neighbors at the Knights of Columbus fish fry in the church basement tomorrow evening. Enjoy a great dinner and support a very worthwhile organization. Dinner starts at 5:00.

Stations of the Cross are held every Friday evening in the church. This would be a wonderful way to convey to the children the events that lead up to the Resurrection of Jesus.

Please remember to work on flashcards and reading word lists nightly.

If you are looking for some ideas to help your child out with spelling you can try some of these: Take tagboard, card stock or index cards,cut into squares. Put a letter of the alphabet on each one. Give your child a word and have them use these cards to make the word.
You can also play hangman, unscramble the word, fill in the missing letters. I'm sure you can think of many more ways to use that word list.

The Knights of Columbus are hosting a fish fry this Friday evening in the Church basement. Love to eat fish, but hate to cook it? Then let them do the cooking for you! It's a great way to enjoy delicious food and support a very worthwhile organization.
