Try to take your child to one or more of the Holy Week Services. These are beautiful services and your child should have the opportunity to experience these. Please attend mass with your child on Easter. This is what our religion is based on---that Jesus died and rose from the dead. It is our obligation to attend mass on this day.

Two more days until Opening Day

Homework:  There will be no written homework this week. HOWEVER, please work on spelling words, flashcards, and oral reading.  Take turns reading with your child, use the spelling words to form and write sentences. See how fast those flashcards can be gone through with accuracy.


Don't forget to send in your favorite recipes so they can be included in the BCA cookbook.  Imagine having your recipe in print and shared with countless others. (Maybe this is how Rachel Ray, Bobby Flay, and Paula Deen got started.)  All recipes are due this Wednesday, March 28th.

Living Stations will be presented in church tomorrow at 1:00 in church. Join us if you can.

Tomorrow is a dress down day in honor of Loyola making it into the Final Four. Go, Ramblers!!!!

Calling all cooks and bakers!!!  The Home and School Association is in need of your expertise. Please submit your favorite recipe for submission in the upcoming cookbook. I am very surprised at how many children do not know their address or phone number. Every child should know these in case of an emergency. If your child does not, please work on this during this week.

Please remember to label any item that can come off your child. Children are losing uniforms, sweaters, sweatshirts, etc. and if these are not labeled it is hard to return to the rightful owners. I have mentioned this several times. Please, I appreciate your cooperation.
