Mrs. Buckley sent home a flyer with instructions on a Trivia Night Raffle. Chances are $20.00 for one or  three for $50.00. Each child received a flyer. You are under no obligation to purchase a raffle ticket. That is entirely up to you. If you do purchase one, please explain to  your child that this only gives them a chance to win a prize. I tried to explain this, but some of the children still think that purchasing a ticket gets them the prize.

If you have not made a donation towards Trivia Night and would like to,  you still have time. Y ou may contact our room mom or send it directly to the school.

Tonight is BCA night at Freddies. Give yourself a break from cooking and either dine in, carry out, or have some great food delivered to your front door. Bring in your receipt tomorrow for a dress down day.

Only a few more days before pitchers and catchers report for Spring Training. Can't wait!! Hopefully we will see a break in this weather soon. The kids are going stir crazy. If possible, get them out of doors even if just for a few minutes to get rid of some excess energy.

Students are taking home copies of  the letters sent to them by Farmer Mike.Please have them respond by writing "Dear farmer friend" .  This way it will be appropriate for whichever farmer receives itl  Feel free to ask questions pertaining to the letter or to farm life in general.  This is due this Thursday.

Dress in Red Day to benefit LLS is this Thursday, February 13th. A donation of $1.00 is requested to benefit this very worthy cause.  Also donation boxes are due. Please be as generous as you can.

The spelling test will be given on Monday due to the number of children who were out today. This gives the children an extra three days to study.
