We have a "spy" in our classroom!!!  Sprite, the Elf  On The Shelf, has invaded our classroom. He is spying for Santa and will give his report each night from now until Christmas break. We are all trying to be on our best behavior so he will only give good reports to Santa.

Get well wishes to Christopher. He had his tonsils out over the break. Hope he'll be back soon.

Homework: There is no homework over the Thanksgiving holiday. If the children are bored, they can work on flashcards or work with their spelling lists. This can also be done if YOU need some quiet time and need to keep them busy.

Thank you for the jars. It made our butter-making time go much faster. The kids had a great time.

We may not always agree with our law makers, but at least we have the freedom to disagree. Our country has been blessed with many resources. We have many reasons to be thankful.

Scholastic book orders are due November 12th.

The children of grades 1 through 4 will be working on a projects for the troops. It would help a lot if  we could get some toilet paper rolls. (No toilet paper, just the empty roll.) If each child could bring in one, it would help a lot.

Congratulations to Taylor Brennan!!! She was one of the winners in the eleventh ward Thanksgiving contest. The children had to draw a picture of a family activity. I think they all did a great job.

Remember to attend church over the week-end.
