Halloween is tomorrow. Make sure the little goblins come dressed in a costume they can sit in and use the bathroom easily. Please, no weapons or small accessories. I don't want anything to get lost.

All Saints Day Mass Thursday 8:30. This is a holy day of obligation.

Parent/Teacher conferences Friday, November 2.

Homework:  Math: Fact Homework 40B.  Practice flashcards: Doubles facts to 20. Plus 1 facts to 10.
                              (Everyone should have flashcards at home as they were on the supply list for first grade.)
                     Spelling: No spelling test due to the short week, HOWEVER. Review the words from previous  weeks. We don't just learn them for the one week. They are expected to remember them.

                      Religion: Practice the Sign Of The Cross.
